ALH Systems offer a full range of under pressure, gas free working drilling and tapping systems for holes ¾”-6” BSP/NPT.
System 1
This small light weight system has been used for over 25 years world wide for safely drilling and tapping gas mains for all sizes and has the capability for working up to 4 Bar (60PSI) .
This machine can be hand operated or supplied with and air ratchet, and can drill and tap ¾”-2 ½” BSP/NPT holes
System 3
ALH Systems new light weight drilling system has been designed for total gas free working and can operate up to 4 Bar (60PSI).
This light weight machine can easily be transported and lifted into position and has the capability of drilling and tapping a range of holes from 2 ½” to 6” BSP holes.
Option 1
Drill only Machine
This machine is fitted with a single speed air motor producing a torque of 680Nm allowing a smooth drilling operation. Hole sizes 2 ½”-6”.
Option 2
Drill and Tap Machine
This is the same basic machine but is fitted with a two stage air motor, thus allowing you to drill at one speed and the change over to a lower speed, higher torque (3400Nm). Holes sizes 2 ½”-6” BSP and 3”-5” NPT.
System 4
New small hole working machine has been designed to work through an 18” core hole up to depths of 5ft.
This equipment allows for safe and easy entry into the gas main from the road surface, for pipe sizes 4”-12” and holes up to and including 2”.
We can also launch cameras and flowstopping equipment through the base/clamping system.
