The NP1182 and NP1172 resins are completely water resistant systems for the in situ encapsulation of guided wave (ultrasonic) inspection equipment. The materials are supplied in 900ml 2:1 cartridges that are static mixed directly onto remote pipelines in extreme conditions. The NP1182 has a shore A hardness of 60 and the NP1172 is 40.
