Andrew is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, he has worked both in accounting practice and audit but has spent the majority of his career in manufacturing and construction. He has been with ALH since 1998. Andrew has modernized the commercial running of the company. His main responsibilities still lie in the commercial area although he also has a close involvement in all aspects of the company.

Malcolm has studied Applied Chemistry (specialising in Polymer Chemistry) at Kingston Polytechnic where, in 1974, he obtained a B.Sc (Hons). Since then he has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in order to formulate and develop new and innovative products thereby converting ideas into reality.

Matt recently graduated from Cardiff University where he gained a BEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering, Matt spent the initial part of his career at a highly technically advanced and innovative company in the motorsport industry. Matt has also got great experience and knowledge on 3D modelling and design.

Technical Support Chemist - Trevor Chapman
Trevor graduated in Chemical Physics at Reading University in 1971 and followed this with an MSc in Exploitation of Materials at Leeds University. Several years in polymer physics research culminated in a Research Fellowship at RMCS Shrivenham. Since 1980 he has been continuously involved in the development of resins for electronic applications at senior levels in a number of major companies.
