JOINT POLICY STATEMENT

Our continuing policy is to provide high-quality products and services that meet or exceed our customers’ expectations and a commitment to maintaining compliance with all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. This is achieved by adhering to the processes and procedures within our Integrated Management System (IMS), which is aligned to ISO9001:2015, ISO14001: 2015 and ISO45001:2018.

We regularly review the requirements of all interested parties, external and internal, that influence our business and its context and all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements to ensure all risks and opportunities that could impact our company have been identified. The quality of our products or services, our effectiveness at preventing the effects of pollution and protecting the environment, and preventing work-related injury or ill health by removing hazards and reducing risk can all have a significant positive or negative impact on both our customers and our own business. We are therefore committed to the continual improvement of our IMS.

Having identified our risks and opportunities, we develop action plans to address them, and where appropriate, these are incorporated into the Business Objectives. These are determined by the senior leadership team (SLT), which provides input from consultation and communication with our employees and is aligned with the strategic direction of the business. The business monitors, measures, and reviews the delivery and effectiveness of these plans through our established and active Internal Audit Program, the output of which is used to drive continual improvement in all aspects of our business.

The Group Managing Director, supported by the SLT, is responsible for the IMS. This Joint Policy Statement sits within the IMS and will be maintained as part of our documented information. It will be reviewed at least annually, available to all interested parties as appropriate, and communicated, understood and applied within the organisation.
