Flexspray 3 Litre Pressure Pot Injection Kit
Gas mains up to 48”
Rather than the smaller, 1 litre pressure pot, the 3-litre pressure pot is designed to work on gas mains up to 48” while maintaining the same benefits of safe, ergonomic working. Working in conjunction with ALH Long Handled Tooling enables operators to work from the road surface rather than in the excavation.
The 3-litre pressure pot uses a spring balance to deliver the prescribed volume of Flexspray required for the specific joint, therefore ensuring a fully remediated asset.
Constant Measured Flow
The “pressure pot” ensures constant measured flow of Flexspray delivered directly into the joint.
Simple to use, ALH offers operatives on-site training to ensure maximum efficiency in the use of the equipment and Flexspray sealant.
Maintenance of the kit is low, and ALH Systems offers a full range of servicing and maintenance options.
The 3-litre pressure pot, combined with ALH Systems’ Long-Handled tooling, is ideal for any emergency team.
Advantages
- Reduced excavation size with tangible environmental and cost benefits
- Significant reduction of time spent in excavation
- Low-cost equipment with minimal maintenance and servicing costs
- Simple operation, gas teams can be trained onsite
Equipment
1. Back-of-socket long-handled tooling. This system drills, taps, and fits a brass injection nipple from above ground.
2. 1Ltr pressure pot, ideal for tier 1 joints. It is portable, easy to use, and requires very low maintenance.
3. 3ltr Large diameter pressure pot, suitable for 3”-48” joints. This system uses a spring balance to measure the amount of sealant being dispensed accurately.
The video below demonstrates how the Large Diameter Mainspray Injection system works.
